David has lived in Chelmsford all of his life and most recently worked in our former MP, Vicky Ford's Parliamentary Office.
David brings ecological knowledge at a time when planning proposals look set to impact many of the precious green spaces around our city. The chair of the South Essex Bird Ringing Group, David completes bird surveys across the county to record and monitor the wildlife in our local area.
